Not going to lie the application process is very longâ¦I think from start to finish it was about 2-3 Months. That said, it was definitely worth the wait. The property is pretty well-maintained ( with the exception of the stairwells, they could be cleaned, and the playground equipment could be updated and cleaned). The apartment itself is adorable!!! New flooring throughout, new paint! Itâs clean and so beautiful!!! Theyâre also in a nice little part of town surrounded by several other complexes. They feel safe and there are a lot of kids running around. Definitely looking forward to living here for the next couple of years.

April and Liz were very professional, friendly and hilarious, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. While I was there, I got to see how I would be treated if I lived there. Seeing how Liz and April interacted with the people that were paying their rent, was amazing- it made me jealous. When I go into the office where I live now, they donâ€™t know my name or ask me how things are going, kind of sad. So Green Grove here I come!

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been so amazing! Liz helped me get into my place and helped me every step of the way and when I didn’t get a unit on the day o was told she went above and beyond and got me into another unit! Liz always listens to any concern or problem you may have which is not often and every time I’ve had something that’s needed to be fixed Emilia(don’t know correct spelling) is quick and gets it done! It’s always pleasant having to deal with them and they are extremely friendly! This place is now my home and I appreciate all Liz, April, and Emilia do to keep this place going!

Green Grove is a great place to live! The apartments are so nice to live in. The office management are so nice and helpful they make living here a blast! I definitely recommend living here! It’s the best!!

Living at Green Grove is pretty awesome. Decent pricing, nice apartments, the front office is always there to help and respond quickly with questions and maintenance requests. The complex is family friendly and overall great place to live
