Management are very easy to work with. The landscaping is very nice and I love there are so many dog poop receptacles available. Has a homey woodsy feeling to it.

Jasen was very efficient in replacing my disposal immediately because my disposal was very stinky! Also my heater was not working and I was very cold, he came immediately and replaced the part and heater was working immediately! So grateful! Thank you!!

We lived here for 5.5 years and it was mostly a good experience! Maintenance was great for the first few years but they became less responsive the last year or so, which was disappointing. I also had a couple packages stolen while I lived here, but that’s not unusual for apartment complexes. The grounds were pretty well-maintained, staff is friendly, and the apartments had their faults but were in decently good shape. Overall, we enjoyed living here!

The heater in my apartment quit working and it dropped to very cold temperatures. When I called the office, she was very prompt and she said she would get someone on it! I was thoroughly impressed when I got a knock on the door within one minute! The maintenance crew informed me what the issue was and fixed it within 10 minutes!

I have lived for more than 5 years in Green Grove Apartments, and the experience of living there was very good, especially because of the good attention of the property manager, (Liz) is very attentive and diligent to resolve any problems and repairs in the property, their attention is 5 stars and in short, Green Grove is a good place to live and it is not expensive, with many nearby stores and a very familiar atmosphere, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to live there

I've lived here for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed calling this place "home." The manager, Liz, has one of the biggest, kindest hearts and works so hard, often times taking on many tasks all at once and going far and beyond. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous and efficient. Many residents take advantage of the kindness and generosity the entire staff provides. I, on the other hand, am extremely grateful.

I lived here with my husband for 3 years and we had such a great experience. Wonderful staff in the office, impeccable maintenance and services, reasonable price for the area. I’m so thankful for our time there and would go back any time.

My husband and I have been living at Green Grove for the past several months. We love it here, the ladies in the office are amazing and are quick to answer questions. We see ourselves here for many years to come. The apartments are well kept and the grounds are lovely. If you are looking to rent here you won’t find better.

We are so glad that we got this place. Its so close to my kids school and its honestly a nice spot. For its age, our apartment has been kept in pretty decent shape. The rooms are smaller than average but the large laundry room and closet space definitely make up for it. The staff was great for helping us get in. Housing is hard to find these days and for them to offer up our move-in 2 months sooner than expected on the wait list was such a blessing. Thanks Green Grove!!!

The management is very nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and adorable. The neighbors are very polite and understanding about issues. I have loved living here and highly recommend it.

Not having the option to chose your own provider is frustrating because the internet is slow and goes out, especially in the evenings when everyone is home using it. But overall living here has been amazing and I'd recommend GGA to anyone.

I love living here! The apartments are really nice and the management is amazing!! I've been here since 2016. I love that I feel at home! I don't plan on moving anytime soon! Thank you Green Grove!

The application and move in process has taken several months. But we are determined to wait until our turn to live at Green Grove. You won’t find a kinder office staff. We know this is the complex for us.

Not going to lie the application process is very long…I think from start to finish it was about 2-3 Months. That said, it was definitely worth the wait. The property is pretty well-maintained ( with the exception of the stairwells, they could be cleaned, and the playground equipment could be updated and cleaned). The apartment itself is adorable!!! New flooring throughout, new paint! It’s clean and so beautiful!!! They’re also in a nice little part of town surrounded by several other complexes. They feel safe and there are a lot of kids running around. Definitely looking forward to living here for the next couple of years.

April and Liz were very professional, friendly and hilarious, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. While I was there, I got to see how I would be treated if I lived there. Seeing how Liz and April interacted with the people that were paying their rent, was amazing- it made me jealous. When I go into the office where I live now, they don’t know my name or ask me how things are going, kind of sad. So Green Grove here I come!

The management is awesome..and I will say anytime something brakes they fix it very fast..maintenance is awesome and goes above and beyond to fix things when things brake.. so good job everyone. Our maintenance girl is so awesome! And Liz is always so friendly and amazing to help anyone that comes in and needs anything. When I come in she is always working so hard but she will stop to help and listen if there is anything you need or answer any questions she is so amazing. So thank you so much LIZ!! I love living at the Green Grove Apartments. When I have a problem, they are always quick to get it taken care of. They are always trying to make sure that it is the best place for families to live. They are always so happy to help and always being so positive. They try to do things in the summer that help the kids have a better summer. They are amazing!!!!

I absolutely LOVE living at Green Grove Apartments! The office staff is absolutely AMAZING! Liz, the main office manager is professional, friendly and does an awesome job running these apartments! Any time I have ever needed anything fixed in the apartment maintenance has been very prompt and fast fixing it. And you cannot beat the price of Green Grove! These are by far the BEST apartments I have ever lived at! Beautiful Apartments and AMAZING staff! LOVE LOVE LOVE GREEN GROVE! They deserve a 10 star rating!

Liz is an amazing front office lady and made moving in so easy! My maintenance people jump to fix anything asap. Green grove is a good place to live especially with kids. I highly recommend living here!!

Bobbie was so freaking helpful during our whole process of moving in to green grove. was so understanding and very out going and easy to click with, with any situation needed. She always got whatever questions we had answered as fast as she could. And she’s very sweet and nice to work with durning everything. I would give her a 12 out of 10 stars any day of the week.

I just are-signed my lease for the 2nd time with this complex. Bobbie has been absolutely amazing to work with. I’ve worked with her since she was hired. I lived at Green Grove for 4 years and loved every minute of it. The staff was absolutely amazing and genuinely cared about me and my family. If any issues came up, they were quick to resolve them. Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived at!

Green Grove is an amazing place to live. Lots of things to do for the kids and lots of room to play and run. They are very considerate and are always there if you need something fixed.

I love Liz and Bobbie! They are always willing to listen, they help where they can when there is a problem. They are very understanding and always have a great attitude! It's really helps bring up the moral of the apartment complex. It's a very happy, friendly, comfortable place to be.

I been here since 2013. I rented a 2 bedroom and then moved into a 3 bedroom wish the carpet was changed cause it had bleach all over the carpet and just dirty the cleaning crew they had wasn't that good hope that changed. I will say that maintenance has step up their game cause before when it snowed they wouldn't do anything to clean up the snow from the sidewalks now they do AWESOME. Someone did post about dog pop on the lawn and I do agree on that hope they get ppl to clean up after themselves cause that is not cool. I love the management here cause they are very nice ppl I a have some issues money wise and they been great in understanding and paying my rent late. But thanks for it all. Anyway that all that snow can be moved somewhere else. :)

Not because of Green Grove specifically but because of some of the people. I had a complaint about me because I played music at 4pm for 30 minutes on a Thursday for my daughters birthday. The people here drive way too fast and there are always kids/people walking around. My daughter almost got hit the other day when I was parked waiting for her to get in the car when a car behind me was too impatient to wait and decided to go around me. It was scary, thankfully he saw her and stopped then sped away. The management and maintainence is always on Top of things. There has never been an issue they have not resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciate all that they do and how they conduct/run the premises. I often see the maintanence manager cleaning up trash etc. from the premises making sure it looks nice and clean (which he shouldn’t have to if you ask me. The trash cans are close to all buildings but people throw trash around anyway 🤦🏻‍♀️). If it wasn’t for how good the management and maintanence is I wouldn’t have given Green Grove 4 stars but they are great! They make living here a lot easier and give me peace of mind knowing if any issue would arise they’d be there to help! Top Notch!

My family has lived here just over a year and this place is amazing! Before we moved in, I was worried the apartments would be small with sketchy people around (because it’s low income) but it’s the complete opposite! The bedrooms are some of the biggest I’ve seen in an apartment, the master closet and laundry room are as big as the two bathrooms which are very well sized. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and about a 4 foot by 2 foot counter to fold clothes, iron, etc. The balcony is huge and comes with a small extra storage room! There’s no smoking inside but smoking on your balcony is allowed which is perfect for smokers and non-smokers. There’s a basketball court, playground, pool (no hot tub,) and plenty of grassy areas. Kid friendly and pet friendly! Not noisy at all! In most apartments I’ve been to, you can hear the neighbors but the only noise I’ve heard is kids playing in the middle of the day when my apartment is quiet or the occasional dryer running (also only when it’s quiet and you’re really listening.) Everyone is really good at following the “quiet hours” rules! The maintenance is amazing and has been extremely helpful! We had issues with our washer and Mike (the maintenance guy) came to fix it a couple times before figuring out it just needed to be replaced. Mike has also fixed our furnace and changed our light bulbs with no extra cost! Management is amazing and we’ve never had any problems with them. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a bunch of kids that play around the complex. The complex is right behind Macey’s and has an opening in the fence so you can’t walk directly to the store without walking on the busy road. I’ve never seen anyone doing drugs around and our neighbors always put their cigarettes out whenever I walk past with my baby. The only problem I’ve had is with little kids leaving trash all over the stairs after playing outside but it’s always cleaned up by the next day. They just had all of the cement outside power washed and the pool emptied and cleaned and refilled within a week. If you meet the income requirements, these apartments are the best for the price, size, and location!

I’ve never seen anyone doing drugs around and our neighbors always put their cigarettes out whenever I walk past with my baby. The only problem I’ve had is with little kids leaving trash all over the stairs after playing outside but it’s always cleaned up by the next day. They just had all of the cement outside power washed and the pool emptied and cleaned and refilled within a week. If you meet the income requirements, these apartments are the best for the price, size, and location!

My family has lived here just over a year and this place is amazing! Before we moved in, I was worried the apartments would be small with sketchy people around (because it’s low income) but it’s the complete opposite! The bedrooms are some of the biggest I’ve seen in an apartment, the master closet and laundry room are as big as the two bathrooms which are very well sized. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and about a 4 foot by 2 foot counter to fold clothes, iron, etc. The balcony is huge and comes with a small extra storage room! There’s no smoking inside but smoking on your balcony is allowed which is perfect for smokers and non-smokers. There’s a basketball court, playground, pool (no hot tub,) and plenty of grassy areas. Kid friendly and pet friendly! Not noisy at all! In most apartments I’ve been to, you can hear the neighbors but the only noise I’ve heard is kids playing in the middle of the day when my apartment is quiet or the occasional dryer running (also only when it’s quiet and you’re really listening.) Everyone is really good at following the “quiet hours” rules! The maintenance is amazing and has been extremely helpful! We had issues with our washer and Mike (the maintenance guy) came to fix it a couple times before figuring out it just needed to be replaced. Mike has also fixed our furnace and changed our light bulbs with no extra cost! Management is amazing and we’ve never had any problems with them. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a bunch of kids that play around the complex. The complex is right behind Macey’s and has an opening in the fence so you can’t walk directly to the store without walking on the busy road. These are super nice apartments! I love living here. They get work done quickly if there is something wrong in your apartment. The only thing missing is a dog park. There are lots of people with dogs and there needs to be a dog park!

We lived for 1 year in Green Grove, and it was the best apartment we lived in, the people were very good and polite, and I felt very protected, my daughter loved to play in the grass, if you want to live in a good apartment this is right place! 💖

Mike is our maintenance man and HE IS A STUD!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have always loved our office manager Lisa !! She was such an ASOME lady! Unfortunately she just recently took another job.. but so far the new office manager seems to be super friendly and I already love her!!! This place isn’t “perfect” and yes there are some things to get used to. But overall in the 4 years I have lived here it is somewhere that I love to call home! The kids play all day and run wild being lil terrorists... so naturally my two boys fit right in!!😆 but on a serious note I must say again how lucky green grove is to have MIKE THE MAN!!!! He honestly holds this place together making the green grove “experience” run like a well oiled machine !! And in my experience what you can usually expect out of an “on site” maintenance person is lil to nothing! Just rigging things up so they can claim they “fixed it” so you will manage for another month or two...but NOT MIKE!!!! This dude will come in crack some jokes sweet talk you with his southern accent and freaking leave your home having fixed things before you even knew they were broken!! AHHHH SNAP !!!!HOW DO YOU DO IT MIKE??!! He is out there with a mind for preventative measures being taken!!! Simply to insure that on his watch , he catches a potential problem and addresses it quickly and effectively like nothing I have ever seen !!! I don’t understand how we got so lucky as to have him! I love living here. The office personal is always helpful and I never wait long to get things fixed in my apartment. The new matinence staff is amazing.

They're very friendly and supportive. Before they give you the keys to live in, a walk through is required. They inspect every inch of the apartment with you in case you have any questions or anything needs to be fixed. When we moved in everything was operable and clean. Mike, the handyman, is amazing. He's very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. When I needed something to be fixed, I just sent a text message to management and Mike is usually there within the first 25 to 30 minutes after I put the request. That's very impressive! The neighbors are also nice and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my kids to play at the playground by themselves but we never had any inconveniences by having them playing with other kids in the complex. CONS: internet is really slow. On average, i was getting about 15 mbps. That was enough for my kids to watch Netflix or to surf on the internet. I know they are working on getting a faster internet but at this moment, that's the best you can get. Again, my family and I had a great experience by living here at GGA. I totally recommend GGA to families that are looking for a family oriented and affordable apartment complex.

Green Grove has been great. We were very close to moving out this coming May but the staff made it very easy for us to extend our lease another year and made it clear that they would LOVE to have us stay. The grounds are clean, the walls appear to be thick (i don't really hear my neighbors much at all) the apartments themselves are pretty well kept and the few times I've had to ask for a repair they were made within the week. There's always parking available. The internet can be spotty but... that's just the nature of internet in my honest opinion. For the price Green Grove offers, the service and quality of the living spaces hold up. I'm glad we can stay at LEAST another year.

I am going on 5 years here at Green grove. Our family has really enjoyed it. The management teams have been great to us. Lately we have had some maintenance issues and Liz has been really attentive to getting them fixed. Its always nice to have apartment managers that care about our needs and concerns. This has been a great place for our children and management has made it that way.

With a little flick of their wands, Lisa & Tanya worked their magic so I was able to stay, paying a whopping six hundred dollars less than I would have if moved. I live on the 3rd floor and the vaulted ceilings make the place look massive, plus it gives me more room to hang my art. One complaint is some of the neighbors are slightly ratchet, but the apartments themselves more than make up for it.

I am looking for a new apartment, I have switched jobs and want to move closer to my new one. I went Yesterday to look at the apartments and Lisa the office manager was very friendly, she answered all my questions. The apartment I was shown was clean and had a very nice layout!

Green Grove Apartment is a great community I have lived at the community for quite a while. The office staff is great and I do appreciate good management and Maintenance staffs. I have had very few problems with my apartment built-in furniture but most problems have been taken care of. That’s why I said this is a good apartment if you trying to find a good place to live.
