IM SO GRATEFUL TO GET APPROVED! Elle and Luz have been so helpful throughout the process. They were able to work with me when no one else would. Other apartments had outlandish requirements and impossible standards like No debt or collections. Others said the eviction had to be completely paid. But Liz and Elle worked hard to get me approved despite my barriers. They truly believe in the mission behind helping people get housed. They saved me from homelessness! All I had to do was provide proof of a current payment plan with the law office that holds my eviction and provide all the documentation they required and pay a application fee it was so easy! Elle was always happy to help and sweet depsite my numerous calls. Liz worked hard to get me approved by the higher ups. I can't wait to move in! They even worked with my voucher and community action. Housing is possible here

We really love working with Liz in the office and have had a great three years here, the area is super nice and located close to Maceys and many other fast food!

Been a resident at Green Grove now for 6 years. They have a very excellent administrative staff, and maintenance crew. Very professional, great accommodations. I have built a great community here, with kind and loving people. I highly recommend Green Grove.
