We’ve lived here for 3 years and just love it! It’s a very active community with lots of children and nice neighbors! I love having such an amazing office management crew as well! The ladies here are so professional, polite and so helpful with everything and any maintenance that’s needed. We feel lucky to be in such a wonderful place! We love it here!

Weâve lived here for 3 years and just love it! Itâs a very active community with lots of children and nice neighbors! I love having such an amazing office management crew as well! The application and move in process has taken several months. But we are determined to wait until our turn to live at Green Grove. You wonâ€™t find a kinder office staff. We know this is the complex for us.

Not going to lie the application process is very longâ¦I think from start to finish it was about 2-3 Months. That said, it was definitely worth the wait. The property is pretty well-maintained ( with the exception of the stairwells, they could be cleaned, and the playground equipment could be updated and cleaned). The apartment itself is adorable!!! New flooring throughout, new paint! Itâs clean and so beautiful!!! Theyâre also in a nice little part of town surrounded by several other complexes. They feel safe and there are a lot of kids running around. Definitely looking forward to living here for the next couple of years.
