This place is very beautiful. Although kids through the ages of 7-19 or more make huge disgusting messes everywhere,mostly in the stairs. Such as them being nail polish, trash under the stair cases, etc. And a couple minutes ago people were throwing snow and wood chips at my window. Very next after that minute, someone threw a massives snowball at my window.

Jasen was very efficient in replacing my disposal immediately because my disposal was very stinky! Also my heater was not working and I was very cold, he came immediately and replaced the part and heater was working immediately! So grateful! Thank you!!

I have loved living here at the green grove . The office ladies here are amazing . They are very kind and understanding. Liz is always there to provide any help she can. Sheâs made living here at the green grove a dream. Great place to live

We lived here for 5.5 years and it was mostly a good experience! Maintenance was great for the first few years but they became less responsive the last year or so, which was disappointing. I also had a couple packages stolen while I lived here, but thatâs not unusual for apartment complexes. The grounds were pretty well-maintained, staff is friendly, and the apartments had their faults but were in decently good shape. Overall, we enjoyed living here!

The heater in my apartment quit working and it dropped to very cold temperatures. When I called the office, she was very prompt and she said she would get someone on it! I was thoroughly impressed when I got a knock on the door within one minute! The maintenance crew informed me what the issue was and fixed it within 10 minutes!

I have lived for more than 5 years in Green Grove Apartments, and the experience of living there was very good, especially because of the good attention of the property manager, (Liz) is very attentive and diligent to resolve any problems and repairs in the property, their attention is 5 stars and in short, Green Grove is a good place to live and it is not expensive, with many nearby stores and a very familiar atmosphere, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to live there

I have loved living in Green Grove Apartments until recently we have asked the maintenance to fix our washing machine and dryer for three months they still have not fixed it after we have put in a work order multiple times. The management doesn't care about the tenants.
