Iâve loved my time here and Liz is extremely professional. whenever I need help or assistance with anything that deals with the apartment sheâs always there to do it and get people on task to help tenants out.

Pros: Decent place to live for the price We were on the third floor so having vaulted ceilings was nice Walking distance from maceys and some restaurants Covered parking Staff was nice for the most part Upkeep of the exterior is decent In unit laundry, machines provided Cons: -Every single maintenance request went unanswered, even during inspections. Since the day we moved in, there were issues that did not get resolved until we did it ourselves or moved out. -Sometimes staff is negligent. Our car paperwork did not get entered into the system when we moved in even though we provided everything we needed to, resulting in one of our cars getting towed. We would have been fine with the mistake had the apartment reimbursed us the $450 it cost to get the car back, but they just shrugged their shoulders and looked the other way. -Office hours are unreliable. You may go at any time of day when they say theyâll be open, and the door is locked with no one there.
