I've lived at Green Grove for over 4 years now. I love the accessibility to the freeway, the close proximity to my work (American Fork Hospital), and the front office gals. They've been extremely helpful with every issue I've had. Awhile ago, I was looking to relocate further North; and between all the hidden fees, the monthly payments ended up being grossly over my budget. With a little flick of their wands, Lisa & Tanya worked their magic so I was able to stay, paying a whopping six hundred dollars less than I would have if moved. I live on the 3rd floor and the vaulted ceilings make the place look massive, plus it gives me more room to hang my art. One complaint is some of the neighbors are slightly ratchet, but the apartments themselves more than make up for it.

Before we signed the lease, I asked the manager straight up, "how often do people get their deposit back?" She said "Never." I appreciate honestly. I only paid $300 though. Some people pay up to $800. As far as apartments go, I can't complain. The grounds and stairwells are a disgusting mess, but the apartments themselves aren't bad. I put in a repair order on a broken kitchen drawer and it got fixed a month later. Internet sucks. Neighbors are quiet, but filthy. Nobody picks up after themselves. Central location, close to the freeway and grocery stores. This is a stepping stone.

Took them 8 months to replace my dryer I had to ask at least 8 times. I referred someone and called to ask about how it worked Tania rudely told me that they didn't even mention us but she clearly knew who we were talking about because I didn't even get a mention the name of the person. Rent is due on the 1st and they give you till the 5th by the 6th you get an eviction notice with $150 extra fees. Rent is super high especially if u want internet. 920$ for 2 bedrooms. Good things they have a pool and that is about it.

Green Grove Apartments are simply awful. Though there have been many issues during our one year stay, the main issue is with the deposit and the return deposit. They will do everything they can to charge you extra money. They charge $100 for a base move out fee, and then charge again for everything individually. They charged us $150 to repaint the whole apartment, even though it didn't need it and even though it was the previous renters who painted an accent wall, which they knew about. They charged us for issues we told them about when we moved in that they never fixed, and they charged us for kitchen items that were cleaner the day we moved out than the day we moved in. The management even told us that most people are very angry when they leave and admitted that they over charged us but would not give us any more refund back. We only got a small refund back because we had to pay an extra deposit due to low credit, otherwise, they say most people end up having to pay them when they move out. This is not how it should be. Avoid this place at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. DO NOT do business with them.

I am looking for a new apartment, I have switched jobs and want to move closer to my new one. I went Yesterday to look at the apartments and Lisa the office manager was very friendly, she answered all my questions. The apartment I was shown was clean and had a very nice layout!
