I've have lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and GGA has been by far the best of all. These is my personal opinion about them: PROS: Great management. They're very friendly and supportive. Before they give you the keys to live in, a walk through is required. They inspect every inch of the apartment with you in case you have any questions or anything needs to be fixed. When we moved in everything was operable and clean. Mike, the handyman, is amazing. He's very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. When I needed something to be fixed, I just sent a text message to management and Mike is usually there within the first 25 to 30 minutes after I put the request. That's very impressive! The neighbors are also nice and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my kids to play at the playground by themselves but we never had any inconveniences by having them playing with other kids in the complex. CONS: internet is really slow. On average, i was getting about 15 mbps. That was enough for my kids to watch Netflix or to surf on the internet. I know they are working on getting a faster internet but at this moment, that's the best you can get. Again, my family and I had a great experience by living here at GGA. I totally recommend GGA to families that are looking for a family oriented and affordable apartment complex.

On a scale of 1 to 10.. 1 being worst and 10 being best I would rate Green Grove to be an 11! The office staff... Lisa and Leaha have always been very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff, headed by Mike, has always made sure that any repair requests have been completed in a thorough and timely manner. The staff here have made this to be a family orientated community. In the summer the pool is always kept very clean and in proper working order and safe for everyone to enjoy. The grounds are kept clean and kept up. Yes the trash areas are sometimes a little too full but every effort is made to keep up with them. I live near a dumpster area so I see how much effort is made. Unfortunately every complex has a few residents that can't comply. Kids are sent to empty trash that can't or won't take the time to get trash into the bins. I have seen Mike and his assistant several times a day make sure it is not an eye sore. I have great neighbors!! I have never had any problems and thoroughly enjoy my residency here.

Went to visit family, no place to park, all the trash cans were overflowing. This was a few weeks before Christmas. Pretty much a dump. The Internet thy pay for extra speed was no faster than low grade 3G or DSL from 10 years go. Don’t bother.

They will keep your deposits and do everything they can to scratch every penny they can out of you after move out weather you leave the place spotless or even better then what it was when you moved in. Management is horrible. I moved into a dirty unit and the manager (Lisa) charged me for 3 extra days of rent before I even had a key or signed the lease. the walls in the unit had not been cleaned and the floors were stained, and the carpet smelled like dog piss, my windows had mold when I moved in so I had payed to get things professionally cleaned without giving management any problems. The stairs and stairwells are just filthy outside the house. internet was horrible as well. The neighborhood is quit until night hits when neighbors come out to do drugs. I didn't even feel safe to send my child out to ever play. When I moved out I left the place better then it was when I moved in and had it professionally cleaned again. They kept my full deposit and still came after me for another $400 for a bunch of made up bull such as late fee, moving out a few days earlier then my move out, oven pans cleaning that were already old but cleaned before I moved (as if oven pans don't get used for cooking and burn), dusting, partial painting that was unnecessary for walls that were unpainted when I moved in etc. management (Lisa) won't even give you corporate phone number to speak with. If I could rate them at ZERO STARS I would.

Green Grove has been great. We were very close to moving out this coming May but the staff made it very easy for us to extend our lease another year and made it clear that they would LOVE to have us stay. The grounds are clean, the walls appear to be thick (i don't really hear my neighbors much at all) the apartments themselves are pretty well kept and the few times I've had to ask for a repair they were made within the week. There's always parking available. The internet can be spotty but... that's just the nature of internet in my honest opinion. For the price Green Grove offers, the service and quality of the living spaces hold up. I'm glad we can stay at LEAST another year.

I am going on 5 years here at Green grove. Our family has really enjoyed it. The management teams have been great to us. Lately we have had some maintenance issues and Liz has been really attentive to getting them fixed. Its always nice to have apartment managers that care about our needs and concerns. This has been a great place for our children and management has made it that way.
