I been here since 2013. I rented a 2 bedroom and then moved into a 3 bedroom wish the carpet was changed cause it had bleach all over the carpet and just dirty the cleaning crew they had wasn't that good hope that changed. I will say that maintenance has step up their game cause before when it snowed they wouldn't do anything to clean up the snow from the sidewalks now they do AWESOME. Someone did post about dog pop on the lawn and I do agree on that hope they get ppl to clean up after themselves cause that is not cool. I love the management here cause they are very nice ppl I a have some issues money wise and they been great in understanding and paying my rent late. But thanks for it all. Anyway that all that snow can be moved somewhere else. :)

You do not have the option to choose your internet or T.V. providers, they provide the horrible Internet/T.V. at a outrageous prices.

I recently moved into GreenGrove from an amazing neighborhood. Although I am sadddened I had to move I feel we as people make good neighbors or NOT. I haven’t had a good experience yet with my neighbors. I actually feel like I moved to the other side of the tracks if you get my expression. Not because of Green Grove specifically but because of some of the people. I had a complaint about me because I played music at 4pm for 30 minutes on a Thursday for my daughters birthday. The people here drive way too fast and there are always kids/people walking around. My daughter almost got hit the other day when I was parked waiting for her to get in the car when a car behind me was too impatient to wait and decided to go around me. It was scary, thankfully he saw her and stopped then sped away. The management and maintainence is always on Top of things. There has never been an issue they have not resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciate all that they do and how they conduct/run the premises. I often see the maintanence manager cleaning up trash etc. from the premises making sure it looks nice and clean (which he shouldn’t have to if you ask me. The trash cans are close to all buildings but people throw trash around anyway ??‍♀️). If it wasn’t for how good the management and maintanence is I wouldn’t have given Green Grove 4 stars but they are great! They make living here a lot easier and give me peace of mind knowing if any issue would arise they’d be there to help! Top Notch!
