I have lived at green grove for about 5 years now and it is a great place to live! The ladies in the office here (Liz and Bobbi) make the green grove experience top notch! I’ve lived in other appartments before in the past and they just don’t compare to living here in green grove! I haven’t had many issues with my apartment but anytime I needed help with anything they are on it with a quickness!! They get things resolved usually same day! I couldn’t ask for a better community to be apart of and even my next door neighbor has become my very best friend! Everyone looks out for each other here and that is so nice when you have small children! Countless times my kids have left thier scooters and toys outside at the park and the kids around here have noticed their name on it and returned it to us! I am so at home here at green grove and recommend living here to anyone looking for a kid friendly, close nit community that promotes an enjoyable living experience where your needs are met by the staff and where you can be proud to call home! I don’t write reviews often but I am so pleased with my experience living here that I thought I should share it with others looking to move somewhere they are going to love to call home!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will SCREW YOU OVER me and my husband lived here for 7 months and our rent was raised almost 100 dollars for “government housing” our neighbors smoked so much pot our house would smell like it and we’d call and call and no one ever answered. We had drug addicts cornering me at night begging for money when I’d take out the trash... grown men I was 18. We had to move out early because our rent went up almost 100 dollars making it unaffordable since we just had a baby. And my husband was let go from his job. We had “maintenance” show up in our house while I was shirtless breast feeding when we never got a call or note they’d be coming we never put in the call. It’s disgusting honestly how they treated us. The last month we were there. We couldn’t pay rent on time we had to wait 3 DAYS to pay it so they made us pay a 250 fee plus the 950. We said we can’t afford living here. We told them that they said Turn in your keys and you’re good we’ll call you if we need anything no call no email nothing. Over a year later we get a notice we’re being sued up to 1400$ from them. Saying they tried to reach us and they’ll take us to court. DONT MOVE HERE THEYRE SCUMBAGS AND WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY. Green grove did nothing to prevent this they never helped once we paid our rent and that was that. This place is ridiculous and I hope my review/story keeps you from making the mistake of moving here.

I have lived here for almost a year, Liz the property manger is the most friendliest person I have ever worked with. She always greets you with a smile and is so pleasant to talk to. Greg who up keeps everything is so efficient with everything that he does, he really does care about you and your property. He does a great job with keeping the pool Crystal Clear clean. This is such a wonderful apartment complex to live in, I have felt nothing but love from everyone who works here, these guys really care about you, we love it here!!!

Green Grove is an amazing place to live. Lots of things to do for the kids and lots of room to play and run. They are very considerate and are always there if you need something fixed.

I love Liz and Bobbie! They are always willing to listen, they help where they can when there is a problem. They are very understanding and always have a great attitude! It's really helps bring up the moral of the apartment complex. It's a very happy, friendly, comfortable place to be.
