I've have lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and GGA has been by far the best of all. These is my personal opinion about them:
PROS: Great management. They're very friendly and supportive. Before they give you the keys to live in, a walk through is required. They inspect every inch of the apartment with you in case you have any questions or anything needs to be fixed. When we moved in everything was operable and clean.
Mike, the handyman, is amazing. He's very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. When I needed something to be fixed, I just sent a text message to management and Mike is usually there within the first 25 to 30 minutes after I put the request. That's very impressive!
The neighbors are also nice and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my kids to play at the playground by themselves but we never had any inconveniences by having them playing with other kids in the complex.
CONS: internet is really slow. On average, i was getting about 15 mbps. That was enough for my kids to watch Netflix or to surf on the internet. I know they are working on getting a faster internet but at this moment, that's the best you can get.
Again, my family and I had a great experience by living here at GGA. I totally recommend GGA to families that are looking for a family oriented and affordable apartment complex.
