You sign a lease for a year and every couple of months they raise the price on something. They call it low income but after 3 price hikes of various types in the last year it is getting to be cheaper to rent a condo. There is no choice for internet providers you can only go through the terrible Internet cable and phone that they choose. When everything shut down and all of the internet companies tried to help out customers the price here went up instead. In the office they seem nice enough but they say that nothing is in their control.

Liz is an amazing front office lady and made moving in so easy! My maintenance people jump to fix anything asap. Green grove is a good place to live especially with kids. I highly recommend living here!!
