[Edited Review]: My experience with Green Grove is that of prospective tenant. We first met with Green Grove manager, Liz, who helped us apply and reserved us a unit (we had yet to sign a lease). Unfortunately, Liz went on leave (which we were unaware of), and we were left without a contact at Green Grove. After trying to get in contact with Liz/Green Grove for a month with no success, we felt as if we'd been "ghosted". With no signed lease nor any indication we might hear from Green Grove again, we felt pressured to look for an apartment elsewhere which put a lot of stress on us. Eventually, Liz did get back to us and was very apologetic for the misunderstanding, but by that time we'd signed a lease elsewhere.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been so amazing! Liz helped me get into my place and helped me every step of the way and when I didn’t get a unit on the day o was told she went above and beyond and got me into another unit! Liz always listens to any concern or problem you may have which is not often and every time I’ve had something that’s needed to be fixed Emilia(don’t know correct spelling) is quick and gets it done! It’s always pleasant having to deal with them and they are extremely friendly! This place is now my home and I appreciate all Liz, April, and Emilia do to keep this place going!

One of the managers, Liz, told us she'd officially reserved us a unit. When I asked to sign the lease, she ghosted us. I tried calling and emailing her and the main office for several weeks. Clearly, she sold the unit to someone else and didn't bother to tell us. We were left scrambling to find another apartment at the last minute.

Green Grove is a great place to live! The apartments are so nice to live in. The office management are so nice and helpful they make living here a blast! I definitely recommend living here! It’s the best!!

Living at Green Grove is pretty awesome. Decent pricing, nice apartments, the front office is always there to help and respond quickly with questions and maintenance requests. The complex is family friendly and overall great place to live
