IM SO GRATEFUL TO GET APPROVED! Elle and Liz have been so helpful throughout the process. They were able to work with me when no one else would. Other apartments had outlandish requirements and impossible standards like No debt or collections. Others said the eviction had to be completely paid. But Liz and Elle worked hard to get me approved despite my barriers. They truly believe in the mission behind helping people get housed. They saved me from homelessness! All I had to do was provide proof of a current payment plan with the law office that holds my eviction and provide all the documentation they required and pay a application fee it was so easy! Elle was always happy to help and sweet depsite my numerous calls. Liz worked hard to get me approved by the higher ups. I can't wait to move in! They even worked with my voucher and community action. Housing is possible here

neighbors were ridiculously loud and the only thing that the girls did in the office was send a text and it made it worse not better. (Even lost my job because the upstairs neighbors were so loud every single night it woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep, so my performance at work went down from lack of sleep and then the neighbors on the side of me play that they're bass music so loud that when I was on a call with customers my boss could hear it) And the parking is so tight that my brand new car with no scratches or dings on it now has a ton of scratches and dings from the neighbors hitting it with their car doors. And because the neighbors had so many cars none of the very few non-assigned spots were always taken up and my elderly mother always had to park three or four buildings down when she came over.(The people across the breezeway Head Blake five or six adults living there and I'm pretty sure they all had their own car). When I first moved in the apartment was a wreck maintenance had spent a whole week there trying to get everything fix, When Jason the maintenance guy left to get your work ordered noticed you to have to put it in a few times the fire alarms had issues I had to listen to the beeping for a full day and a full night until I actually had to call the office to see if it was going to be fixed, and the elderly lady underneath me texted me with the whole problem she also had to hear her alarms for a full night and a day

Stopped by to tour an apartment and possibly apply this morning. Arrived at 10:34 AM. Door sign said "Closed - Will return at 10:00 AM". About 2 minutes after I arrived, a lady pulled up at the office, never even looked our direction (we were standing on the sidewalk in front of the office building), opened the office, went inside, and locked the office door behind her. We decided to take a stroll through the complex to give her a few minutes to get ready to open, but when we returned, the office was still closed. We decided the blatant rudeness and disregard for potential tenants was enough of a turn-off to leave and not return.
